courses are day events. Delegates are responsible
for arranging and paying for their own overnight
accommodation, if required.

Delegates
are expected to behave in a responsible manner.

delegates responsible for loss or damage to property
or other persons will be liable for the damage they
have caused.

Delegates
are responsible for their own property and valuables.
It is best if no valuable items are brought to the
event, but if this is unavoidable, then all such
items should be adequately insured by delegates.

does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage
to properly during the event.

FutureMed
reserves the right to change the speakers or the
programme, but will endeavor to update the details
of any changes on the website.

reserves the right to cancel the event and refund
the booking fees. |

Photographs
taken during futureMed events may be used for future
promotion.

Cancellations
|

All
cancellations must be received in writing either
by post to this address
or by email. Cancellations are only effective once
you have received an acknowledgement of your letter
or email.

Cancellations
received in writing after 10th December 2010, are
non-refundable however, replacement delegates are
welcome provided futureMed is informed in writing
prior to the event.
